Above
all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a
multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without
grumbling. Each one should use whatever gift he has received
to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in
its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as
one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he
should do it with the strength God provides, so that in
all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To
him be the
glory and the power for ever and ever.~1
Peter 4:8-11
“I’d like to say that I drink in life from a
full cup, trying hard not to spill one drop!”

Board Member
Julia Grover is a voting Board Member of The Water-Walking
Foundation. She had a wonderfully diverse childhood, growing
up in a loving, Christian family. Her parents provided her
with an eclectic background, combining the rugged mountains,
lakes, rivers and trails of the Montana outdoors with the
culture and refinement of etiquette school, ballet, piano
and voice lessons. Having begun writing music, lyrics and
poetry at the age of 5, Julia is now a gifted musician and
songwriter with a passion to use her gifts to make a positive
impact on the world.
Julia
spent her summers at Bible camp and working at Montana’s
Flathead Lake as a lifeguard/instructor. Having studied
nutrition in college, she served as a licensed dietician
at a hospital oncology department. Recently, Julia has been
enjoying the blessings of being at home, volunteering at
church, and raising her family, while maintaining consistent
involvement through music, drama, mission trips and her
service at Lutherhaven Bible Camp in Coeur d’Alene,
Idaho. Julia has also been a strong leader on her worship
team at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Spokane Valley, Washington.
Julia
is a strong believer that much of God’s work takes
place outside the walls of the church, and she is passionate
about finding ways to minister to non-believers. She is
looking to apply her gifts and talents in a founding leadership
role at The Water-Walking Foundation. As Emily Dickinson
wrote so eloquently, Julia “dwells in possibility….”
