The Lee T. Insko Scholarship Program was established by Lisa M. Kaplan to honor her dad, Mr. Lee Thomas Insko – teacher, father and husband who has been dedicated to inspire excellence in education and public service. The purpose of the scholarship is to provide young, outstanding leaders, who demonstrate outstanding promise and exceptional work ethic, with an opportunity to complete an undergraduate college education in any academic discipline.
